Summer is such an enjoyable time of year, I just love it! But it can also bring scorching heat waves that can make it unbearable. Heat waves can be dangerous and pose a risk of dehydration, heat exhaustion, and heatstroke. Here are some “Heat Wave Hacks” to help us stay comfortable and safe when it’s hot outside.
Stay Hydrated
Staying hydrated is critical when it comes to beating the heat. Drink plenty of water and other fluids such as sports drinks, coconut water, and fresh juices.
